Ingredients:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 teaspoons light brown sugar

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Rinse your potatoes and dry.

  3. Cut potatoes in half and slice into fries. Add fries to a large bowl.

  4. Add olive oil, brown sugar and seasonings to the bowl. Mix well with tongs.

  5. Place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to prevent sticking.

  6. Bake for ~1 hour, stirring the fries halfway through to ensure they bake evenly. The fries will be soft and crispy on the outside.
